Congressman Lee Zeldin (R, NY-1) just issued the following statement after a Manhattan judge ruled that New York Police Department (NYPD) Officer Alexander Deletto should be allowed to keep his job, despite not receiving the COVID vaccine shot that is ordered by New York City's COVID vaccine mandate:

"This is excellent news and the correct, just ruling! If you want to get the COVID shot, then get it. If you don't want to get it, then don't get it, but nobody should be fired for this personal decision."
